RATES AND RULES

Off Season (2008) Winter: (2008): Oct. 27- March 29th $525 per week Sat-Sat The On Season (2008) :  SPRING: (2008 ) March 29th - June 7th $575.00 per week Sat.-Sat. SUMMER: (2008) June 7th - Sept 27th $650.00 per week Sat.-Sat. Check in: 2:00 pm /check out: 10:00 am (All rates subject to 7% lodging tax)  Deposit: A 50% deposit is required with signed lease to confirm reservation Balance: The balance is due on arrival plus a 10% security deposit which will be returned 14 days after departure if there is no damage, or excessive cleaning Cancellation: If you cancel because of an emergency we will try to rent the Apt. for the dates you reserved. If we succeed we will return your deposit, minus a $125 processing fee. The Off Season (2008-09):  FALL: (2008) Sept 27th - Nov 1st $600 per week Nightly: 1 night $135 / 2 nights $225 / 3-6 nights $85 per night WINTER: (2008-2009) Nov 1st - April 5th $575 per week Nightly: 1 night $135 / 2 nights $225 / 3-6 nights $85 per night NEW! Winter Season Writers' Retreat Rental Rates: 6 month lease: $750.00 per month 1month lease: $1600.00 Rent includes everything. Just bring your self and the basics and work in peace! Contact us to work out dates and details. RULES: There is no smoking inside the apartment  (if you use the balcony you need to check with me about a safe ashtray).  Pets are not allowed.
