RATES AND RULES

Booked until June 1st 2010 SUMMER Season (2010) :  June 1st - Sept 25th $650 per week Sat.-Sat. Check in: 2:00 pm /check out: 10:00 am (All rates subject to 7% lodging tax)  Deposit: A 50% deposit is required with signed lease to confirm reservation Balance: The balance is due on arrival plus a 10% security deposit which will be returned 14 days after departure if there is no damage, or excessive cleaning Cancellation: If you cancel because of an emergency we will try to rent the Apt. for the dates you reserved. If we succeed we will return your deposit, minus a $125 processing fee. October rates on request The Off Season (2010-11):  NEW! Winter Season Rental Rates: 6-8 month lease: $650.00 per month Rent includes everything. Just bring your self and the basics and work in peace! Contact us to work out dates and details. Book winter season early if you want to include Oct. or Nov. as those months will rent by the week if not reserved. RULES: There is no smoking inside the apartment  (if you use the balcony you need to check with me about a safe ashtray).  Pets are not allowed. The calendar also has the rate details.
